FREE SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping on orders to our customers in the continental United States.

For those living in Hawaii and Alaska, we charge a $15 flat rate fee for ground shipping.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Orders placed between Monday through Friday are shipped within 24 hours.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped the next business day.

Expedited shipping is available at additional cost depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, we do not accept international orders online.

If you would like to place an international order directly, please contact us at OpticalNY.com

For items purchased online at our website, we will gladly accept all returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

You may use your own shipping method for the return, or email us at OpticaNY2020@gmail.com if you need a shipping label from us.

Frames must be returned unworn and in new condition, along with all original cases and packaging in order to receive the full credit.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.

Any expedited shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note that your refund may not be reflected on your account for up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
